I experience sciatica B4 I got diagnosed with it in 2006 duh & i remember when my sciatica was getting better it got worse in 2017 when I lift sumthing that pinched tha previously irritated nerve...
Sciatica is a permanent condition like I occasionally get sciatical attacks out of no where & sometimes my body locks & spasms!
I get laser therapy & do stretches when I can but I still deal with random sciatically situations overall & because of it my body weakens inside from previous attackings it's like a on going recovering process I try to get my body back to usual only the sciatica that happens here & there is why I get weak...
I looked into other kinds a laser treatment like laser non•surgicals is where they laser the irritated pinched nerve but that doctor demand more money on top of my insurance or he say get out go deal with sciatica with out laser non•surgicals!?
